How many revisions are included?
2 revision rounds are included, on the concept you choose. Choosing your concept does not use a revision round. Need more? Add an Extra Revision Round at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 7 business days from when your brief is submitted. An Extra Logo Concept adds 1 day and an Extra Revision Round adds 1 day.
What do I need to provide?
Right after checkout, you'll fill out a short brief covering everything our team needs to get started.
Is payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely, and you're only charged once.
How does concept selection work?
We present 2 initial concepts (3 with the Extra Logo Concept add-on). You choose one direction and can share first feedback with it. Concepts are not combined, and choosing does not count as a revision.
Which files will I receive?
Final files: high-resolution PDF, PNG and JPG, for every final version of your logo. Transparent PNG included where applicable. You also get a basic logo usage/color sheet.
What is the difference between Logo Design and Brand Identity?
Logo Design creates your logo and its essential files. Brand Identity is a complete visual identity system built around the logo — color palette, typography, guidelines and brand applications.
Do you check trademarks?
No. Every concept is designed original, but trademark searches, registration and legal checks are not included. We recommend checking with a local trademark professional before registering.
