How many revisions are included?
2 revision rounds for the whole monthly package — one round covers changes across any or all pieces. Updated version within 2 business days after receiving consolidated feedback. Before you approve the calendar you also get one free calibration, which does not use a round; any further change before approval uses one of your revision rounds. After approval, changes outside the approved direction may be treated as new scope.
How long does delivery take?
Your monthly direction and calendar arrive within 3 business days of your brief, the first content batch (4 designed posts + 2 short-form videos) within 5 business days, and the full package within 10 business days (plus any add-on days). Your review and approval time is not counted.
What do I need to provide?
Right after checkout, you'll fill out a short brief covering everything our team needs to get started.
Is payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely, and you're only charged once.
How many pieces do I get?
12 unique pieces in total: 8 designed posts and 4 short videos. Extra posts and videos can be added as add-ons.
Do I get 12 pieces per platform?
No. You get 12 unique pieces in total across up to 2 platforms. Where a platform needs it, the same piece is adapted and sized for it — that does not count as a new piece. A third platform is available as an add-on (+USD 39).
What are the videos made from?
Your footage, photos and brand assets, simple motion graphics, and — if you allow it in your brief — AI-generated supporting visuals and royalty-free stock. New filming, premium paid stock, advanced VFX/3D and actors are not included. You don’t need footage to order.
What if the calendar isn’t quite right?
You get one free calibration of the direction and calendar before approving it — it does not use a revision round. Any further change before approval uses one of your revision rounds. Once you approve, production starts; later direction changes use your revision rounds or may become new scope.
What is the first content batch?
4 posts and 2 videos delivered early so you can start publishing. It is a delivery milestone, not an extra approval step — your feedback is carried into the rest of the month within the approved direction.
Can I get the content in Arabic and English?
One language is included. The Second Language add-on (+USD 99) covers the whole package: post copy, text inside the designs, video subtitles and on-screen text, captions, CTAs and relevant hashtags.
Do you post the content for me?
No — publishing, scheduling, replying to comments and ad management are not included. You receive everything ready to publish, with the calendar showing when to post it.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a one-month purchase with no automatic renewal. Order again whenever you want your next month.
