Common questions
How many revisions are included?
2 rounds, stage-locked: one on the concept/script before you approve it, and one on the storyboard package after. The included Stage 1 revision is available before script approval and does not carry forward after approval. Each round is turned around within 2 business days.
How long does delivery take?
6 production business days: your concept & script within 3 business days of your brief, then the storyboard package within 3 business days of your script approval. Time you take to review or approve is not counted. Add-ons add days to the stage they affect.
What do I need to provide?
Right after checkout, you'll fill out a short brief covering everything our team needs to get started.
Is payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely, and you're only charged once.
Why does the storyboard start only after I approve the script?
The storyboard is drawn from the approved script. Approving the script locks the creative direction, so Stage 2 is planned on a fixed story. A completely new direction after approval is not a revision — it is new scope.
What is a storyboard frame?
A planning sketch of one moment in your video, showing composition, camera angle, subject placement, action and visual flow. Frames are not final artwork, photorealistic renders, production images, animation or finished design assets.
What can I change in the storyboard revision?
Reasonable changes across the storyboard, redrawing up to 50% of the frames. Redrawing more than 50%, a new concept or narrative direction, or rebuilding the storyboard around a different idea is not a revision — it needs new scope.
How does the Additional Creative Concept work?
You receive two short written treatments (logline, creative approach, narrative direction, scene outline and visual notes). You choose one, and only that concept is developed into the full script, scene plan and storyboard. Choosing does not use a revision round. Stage 1 is then 5 business days in total, covering both treatments and the full script of the chosen concept; the time you take to choose is not counted.
Which language is the script in?
One script language is included — Arabic or English, chosen in your brief (with the Arabic dialect, if Arabic). Second Script Language adapts the approved script, voice-over and on-screen text into the other language; the storyboard frames are shared, not redrawn.
Which files do I receive?
A professionally structured PDF with the storyboard frames, scene plan and a separate script/VO page, plus the script/VO as an editable DOCX. Storyboard source or editable files (PSD, AI or project files) are not included.
Do you research or fact-check the content?
No. You provide the facts, figures and claims in your brief and are responsible for their accuracy; we write them clearly into the script.
