Common questions
How many revisions are included?
2 revision rounds are included for the whole pack, not per video. In each round, send one list of reasonable changes covering any or all of your shorts, including swapping a short for a different moment from the same source.
How long does delivery take?
First previews of every short arrive within 3 business days, and the final pack within 5 business days of your brief. Extra shorts (however many) and an Extended Source Video each add 1 business day to both; a Second Caption Language and an Additional Aspect Ratio each add 1 business day to the final delivery.
What do I need to provide?
Right after checkout, you'll fill out a short brief covering everything our team needs to get started.
Is payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely, and you're only charged once.
Who chooses the moments?
We do: highlight selection is included. If you have favorite moments, add timestamps to your brief and we’ll use them. You can also send a few and let us choose the rest.
Which language are the captions in?
Your included captions are full spoken-word captions in the language spoken in your video (Arabic or English), never translated. Translation is included only with Second Caption Language (+USD 59): every purchased short, including extra shorts, gets a second version with burned-in captions in the other language, plus matching SRT files. You confirm both languages in your brief.
How do I send a long video?
Share a link (Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer) in your brief; long recordings are usually too large to upload directly. One recording up to 30 minutes, or up to 60 minutes with Extended Source Video (+USD 49).
What if I add both a second caption language and an extra format?
Every purchased combination applies to all purchased shorts, including extra shorts. With both add-ons, each short comes in 9:16 and in your extra format, each with captions in the spoken language and in the other language. An extra format is the same finished short reformatted, not a new video.
Which files will I receive?
An MP4 (1080×1920) of every short with captions burned in, plus a separate SRT caption file for each one. Thumbnails, covers and editable project files are not included.
